4. Exchanges

For size/colour changes, return the item and we will ship another order. (Cost of the return shipment should be bear by the customer)

5. Damaged/Incorrect Items

Contact us within 24 hours for damaged/defective or Incorrect deliveries. A replacement or refund will be arranged. (Refund only if the desired product is not available in our stock)

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 4–5 working days after inspection of returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. (Refund only if the wrong product is delivered)
